There are two supermarkets only a few metres away, and you are very close to the lovely restaurants of the "Carre d'Or".
The apartment sleeps up to 3 and is perfect for a couple or a single person enjoying Cannes for a holiday and also ideal for Business visitors and the Cannes Film Festival, MIDEM, MIPTV etc.
On the 4th floor (elevator available) in a very well kept and secure residence, the vista is pleasant and the area quiet. The apartment opens into a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and flatscreen TV.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a hotplate, microwave oven and fridgefreezer, and a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full size fitted shower and heated towel rail.
Recently refurbished with neutral colors and a light ambiance, makes for a very comfortable and modern contemporary feel.

About Cannes:
Cannes is the "star attraction" of the French Riviera.It is famous for the International Film Festival and for its glitzy hotels, sports cars, stunning beaches and star studded visitors that visit here.
The film festival in May sees the arrival of famous film producers and actors. Cannes is a superb destination and boasts tourists year-round. It attracts both exotic people and real people, and of course plenty of poodles (it is France, after all!). Super yachts and small yachts, cruise ships and fishing boats all float in the surrounding crystal clear blue waters.

The "old town" is "Le Suquet" overlooking the west end of the port. The 12th-century Tour de Mt. Chevalier, ramparts and 12th-16th-century church Notre-Dame-de-l'Esperence give a touch of medieval flavour to the city. The main daily market is at Forville, two streets north from the Hotel de Ville on Rue Felix Faure. This is a big, active covered market, that takes up a full, long street. A flower market is at the west end of the covered area. On Mondays, Forville becomes a Marche Brocante (flea market). Cannes is also famous for it amazing white sanded beaches - with miles and miles of them along the Golfe de la Napoule or along "La Croisette" in the Rade de Cannes.
Of course you don't have to be rich and famous to come to Cannes.
But it sure is fun 'rubbing' shoulders with them!

TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Nice International airport is the nearest airport to Cannes, it's only 17 km away from the city and it takes 30 minutes by car to get there. Express coaches are available every 30 minutes and the final stop is in the Gare Routière, place de l'Hôtel de Ville, they operate from 08:00 to 20:00 - journey time approx 20 minutes and costs just 14 Euros return.
It is also possible to fly to Toulon airport - Ryanair operate a good service.
There are also superb inter-regional and regional train services that operate daily between Cannes and Paris, Barcelona, Milan and Genoa.
